QuikyDeliveries

Terms of Service

Last updated April 2026. Summary first, full legal after.

The 80/20 promise

Drivers receive 80% of every delivery fee. Quiky keeps 15% brokerage and 5% infrastructure. Tips are 100% to the driver — no platform cut, ever. This is a contractual commitment per the Magnus Economics Charter, not a marketing claim. We cannot change it without 180 days' notice and grandfathered protection for existing deliveries.

Senders pay $0 platform fee

If you send packages through QuikyDeliveries directly, or receive drivers through a QuikyShop/Budlogic integration, the delivery fee is paid by the customer/recipient — not by you. Third-party costs (compliance surcharges, age-verification third-party fees for regulated categories) pass through to the customer.

Fees audited on every transaction

Every completed delivery exposes a /api/fee-audit/:id endpoint. Anyone with the delivery id or tracking slug can recompute the math. Drift from the published policy is an incident, not a feature.

Prohibited content

Hazardous materials, weapons, stolen property, human remains (outside licensed mortuary service), live animals (outside licensed veterinary service), regulated substances outside of a licensed-retailer integration. Age-gated items only via the Budlogic flow with 21+ ID verification at dropoff.

Liability

Insurance covers loss or damage in transit up to the value declared at delivery creation. Declared values above $1000 require a signature at dropoff. Chargebacks attributable to fraud reverse the platform fee alongside the refund.

Drivers

Drivers are independent contractors. KYC check + insurance + background + tax form required before approval. Shared pool — the same driver may pick up deliveries, food, or passengers depending on their active product memberships. Suspension for safety concerns, fraud, or repeated late deliveries.

Amendments

Per the Economics Charter, the 20% platform rate cannot be increased retroactively. Any change requires 180 days' public notice, grandfathered terms for existing users, published rationale, and board approval.
